Two topics that I’d be interested in writing an article on are: 1) the focus on technology/tool development over culture change, and 2) the issue of relevance during [research question/problem selection](https://onscienceandacademia.org/t/monthly-reading-recommendations/1412/6).

Would anybody be interested in collaborating on a proposal for one of these?
