Dr. Delecta Jenifer is a Human Resource Management Expertise and cross cultural competence specialist. She has work experience in various roles as Head Department of management studies, Human Resource Executive, and Welfare Officer. She has completed her PhD in the Department of Management studies, SCSVMV University, Kanchipuram (India). Her topic of research is “cross cultural competencies among the middle level employees of footwear industry” – a comparative study between India and Сhina. She has experience in teaching management, and human resource management.She has received the best young researcher award by Grabs journals in April 2018. She has published papers in international journals and is co-author of the book “Managerial Behavior and Effectiveness” (Thakur Publishers)
