# Julia-language Neuromorphic Interface Looking for Collaborators

Hello IGDORE researchers,

My name is Russell Jarvis, I have a PhD in Neuroscience (computational methods).

I am writing a proposal document for the establishment of a Julia-lang Interface to Neuromorphic hardware. It’s currently an Overleaf/TeX document. Please respond here, or Direct Message me if you want to collaborate in the writing/planning or software engineering.

Note that Neuromorphic hardware design is often closed source, but the interface itself might sometimes be public for example (PyNN/ SpiNNaker). If a type of neuromorphic hardware becomes fully open, it would become the most likely target of this work.
