Welcome to IGDORE, Murat Baglibel!
Murat has a PhD in Educational Administration from the University of Gaziantep, Turkey. He has more than 15 years of experiences in teaching and at least 12 years from educational management. Murat’s research includes educational change, innovation, and leadership. He is currently based in Turkey.
