Robert T. Giessmann (ORCID: 0000-0002-0254-1500) received his Ph.D. in Bioprocess Engineering for work on the kinetics and thermodynamics of nucleoside phosphorylase-catalyzed reactions. He studied Chemistry in Germany. Currently, he works part-time with a focus on FAIR Research Data Stewardship at Bayer.

That’s interesting that Bayer is implementing FAIR. I always think about Research Data Management in public contexts, so it’s good to hear that FAR is also being adopted by private companies.
