@Daniel_Cleather recently spoke on this podcast:
New paper reviewed by @ej.vargo
New preprint from @Michael
Breastfeeding, cognitive ability, and residual confounding: A comment on Pereyra-Elìas et al. (2022)
Amazing paper by @Daniel-Mietchen !
Nice work @Daniel-Mietchen, I hope you get the grant
Have you seen A Vision of Metascience by Michael Nielsen and Kanjun Qiu from last year? Your metascience institute reminds me of their idea of a metascience accelerator.
Thanks @keithtse - do you (or anybody else) know if there is a way inform IGDORE about publications? I mean a joined publication list or similar? I did not see any info on the website. Or should this information be published here in the forum?
Best Jens
I believe that this thread was created precisely for us to report our new and latest publications. Perhaps @Gavin can confirm.
@Jens_Oldeland! You are welcome to post about your new articles here and I will collect them for the newsletter and site. You can also let us know via email at: info@igdore.org (I think this is in the newsletter, but you are right, it’s not indicated on the website). Making a google form for IGDORE researchers to submit their new articles to been on my to-do list for a while…
Also congratulations to Marta (@Marta) on her latest paper:
Ya’ll, whenever possible, try to list IGDORE as your only affiliation. It will increase Igdore’s credibility as an organization.
I hate to blow my own horn but since we are on the subject of self-reporting our latest achievements, I have just had a joint book chapter (written in English) published in the following book (written in French). I of course used my IGDORE affiliation.
Nice work @keithtse!
Can you share the details for your chapter (title, co-authors, etc) please, I cant access a table of contents for the book
Thanks Gavin. I cannot access the book either and am awaiting the arrival of a hard copy. The full reference of our book chapter is as follows:
Francesco-Alessio Ursini, Keith Tse, Tong Wu (2023): ‘Extending the Semantic Cartography Hypothesis beyond French Spatial Prepositions’ in Dejan Stosic, Myriam Bras, Chiara Minoccheri, Océane Abrard (eds), LES PRÉPOSITIONS COMPLEXES EN FRANÇAIS - Théories, descriptions, applications, L’Harmattan, pp. 121-138.
@lucia.tamburino presented at the Ronin Lightning Talk event in May. She made history in being the first invited guest to present at our event. May there be many more!
