Maria Malamatari (who is not on DiscourseHub
)!
I don’t think she is an IGDORE member either Have you been in contact with her @Enrico.Fucci ?
Have we figured out whether Maria Malamatari is a member of IGDORE? If she is not, our first published author of 2024 is… @duncan !
Just found some old notifications and I realise that I forgot to congratulate @melstiller2 @Jelle . Apologies
Glad to announce that a joint paper published by me and my fellow lab members has been published:

I think she is! We lost track of her application from 2020, but we are back in contact with her now.
Congratulations!
Dear all;
I am happy to share that I got a new paper published.
Fereczkowski M, Sanchez-Lopez RH, Christiansen S, Neher T. Amplitude Compression for Preventing Rollover at Above-Conversational Speech Levels. Trends in Hearing. 2024;28. https://www.doi.org/10.1177/23312165231224597
Unfortunately, the corresponding author and the production team made a mistake in my affiliations and I appear like affiliated to a University where I have never worked instead of IGDORE as I had stated in the manuscript. Apparently, it is not easy to change that: Explained here

Congratulation on the article @rsalo!
No problem, mistakes happen. I will announce it in the newsletter for now. Let me know if they do manage to change the affiliation, and then I can add it to the website as well.
@rsalo I too hope that you manage to fix the affiliation. I had a similar problem when CUP messed up with my affiliation in my 2021 article. This prompted me to lambast them with lots of emails and they finally published this erratum in which they clarified everything. While I was unimpressed by how they handled my author’s info in my initial submission, I was quite impressed by how quickly they rectified the issue. The erratum they produced even came with a DOI and counts as a mini-publication on my Google Scholar’s page.
New publication by @Daniel-Mietchen
Congratulations @jens.fust
@Daniel-Mietchen 's paper is part of a collection:
