Nature: Software searches out reproducibility issues in scientific papers

“Researchers are getting better at communicating science in a rigorous and reproducible way, according to a text-mining analysis of around 1.6 million papers. But the findings have also sparked fears that progress is too slow.”

It would be interesting to compare the results of SciScore (which I guess represent our prior expectations for what makes reproducible research) to Scite (which would ideally represent the reality of what is reproducible, based on if studies are confirmed or contradicted).
