Data and Analytics for Research Training (DART) is an NIH-funded data science education program for biomedical researchers and research staff. The program is designed to directly address goals of the NIH Strategic Plan for Data Science, and support the shift of biomedical researchers toward more open, reproducible methods.
DART is currently recruiting its second round of participants to join a community of practice, gain skills in data science, and allow us to measure the effectiveness of our interventions. Enrollment closes on July 31, and the program starts on August 7.
Additionally, we’re always seeking contributors to add to our ever-growing library of open source educational modules. Everything is licensed under CC-BY 4.0 ShareAlike, so we also encourage folks to fork and revamp the materials to fit their own learners’ needs!
To get a comprehensive overview of the program, please check out our recruitment summary. Anyone eager to participate and up for the challenge, should fill out the screening survey by July 31.
