I have been planning on initiating a phylogeny project in order to address the phylogeny of CD31. While I have been using software like Clustal and MEGA in the past, I have never conducted an independent study in the realms of phylogeny. Hence, I would like to ask if anyone here would like to collaborate on this project who potentially has some knowledge of various aspects of phylogeny, including sequence selection, MSA and use of various methods for tree construction. Any advanced knowledge about new software would be of great help. So please let me know.
