Following on from the recent UNESCO Open Science webinar , a draft of the UNESCO recommendation is now available.

I believe it is possible to provide comments, although I am not entirely sure how UNESCO wants to receive them (any thoughts?). In the meant time, I’m interested to hear what this community thinks of the recommendations? I’ll try to post some of my own comments next week.
