Seeking Advice on Integrating Salesforce into Academic Research Projects

Hi everyone!

I have been diving Salesforce lately and exploring how they could enhance academic research. I am wondering if anyone here has experience incorporating Salesforce-based tools into their research projects?

Specifically, I am interested in how Salesforce might help with data analysis, pattern recognition, or even writing assistance. I am working in a technical field, so Im thinking about automating some of the repetitive tasks that can slow down research. But I’d love to hear how others are using Salesforce- whether in humanities, social sciences, or STEM. When I was searching about this, I came across these resources/articles however, but I would like to get some advice in detail from community members. When I was searching about this I came across these resources/articles Salesforce CPQ Tutorial, however, but I would like to get some advice in detail from community members.

If you have any tools, platforms, or strategies you’ve tried and found useful, I’d really appreciate your suggestions! I’m open to any thoughts on how to blend AI with traditional research methods in a balanced and effective way.

Looking forward to learning from your experiences!

Thanks in advance for any tips you can share. :raised_hands:
