I recently found out that multibillion dollar publishers have been and are actually suing indonesian institutions and individuals to the tune of billions of rupiahs (hundreds of thousands of dollars) for ‘infringing’ their ‘intellectual property’, among other cases.
Even multibillion software and pharmaceutical corporations are seldom heard doing this in indonesia.
