wanted to highlight another mini-project I created Toxic Science: http://toxicscience.com/
It is a website with anonymous stories from people related to academia (researchers, students etc) which suffered from negative experience and inappropriate working conditions. When I decided to quit academia, I got a lot of questions from my friends and family which are non-scientists. After reading those stories, they do not question me about my decision anymore. Will be happy if you share this project with your colleagues that have something to say. We use Google Form to collect stories so no personal information is shared.
