Amélie Gourdon-Kanhukamwe

Warm welcome to IGDORE, Amélie Gourdon-Kanhukamwe!

Amélie has a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of Birmingham (UK), and is currently completing a MSc in Data Science at Loughborough University (UK). She works at Kingston University London (UK), broadly researching judgement and decision-making, with a current focus on behavioural change and attitudes towards it. Amélie is also particularly interested in developing reliable scientific practices in her discipline: for example, her lab is a member of the Psychological Science Accelerator network, and she currently contributes to the SCORE project as an editor. In the medium term, she hopes to develop an independent research practice in which she will be able to contribute to projects contributing to credible and open science.

That sounds really interesting! So you plan to do this research independently from a University? I’d really like to hear more about how you go with it
