Researcher feedback on the ReACT pilot programme needed (Igdore project)

Friends!

As part of the Erasmus+ Researchers ACT Project, IGDORE is piloting an online, self-paced psychological support programme for researchers, aimed at enhancing their well-being and work-related stress management.

We would be grateful if researchers based in Sweden could go through it and share their feedback before the end of November 😍 :backhand_index_pointing_right: Giriş

About the programme: • It consists of 8 modules, each taking approximately 30-40 minutes to complete; • It can be completed over one month, at a pace of two modules per week, or at any other pace that suits you; • It includes practical exercises, moments for reflection, and audio-visual materials; • At the beginning and at the end, you will be asked to complete a few questionnaires and a feedback and evaluation form (all responses are confidential). Afterwards, you will receive a PDF version of the entire programme, including the personalised plan you will have developed along the way.

The feedback will help us understand how the programme is received by the people it is designed for and identify what needs to be improved in terms of both content and design before its public launch in six languages, including Swedish.

In spring 2027, we will recruit 100 participants to evaluate the programme’s effects on researcher wellbeing, with the aim of publishing the findings in a scientific journal!

Thank you in advance!

Marta

Work-related stress and mental illness are growing challenges in the research community. The ReACT project (Researchers’ act: training for psychological flexibility and work-related stress management) is an initiative that aims to improve researchers’ mental health and work environment by creating a self-help program.

The aim of the project is to strengthen researchers’ well-being and quality of life by developing a web-based self-help programme based on the psychological treatment method Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). By reducing work-related stress, the project hopes to contribute to long-term improvements.
