The Swedish Osmond Foundation funds research on the medical potential of psychedelics. Projects with a Swedish connection are prioritised. Applications are received continuosly.
Research practices can be improved in this particular field. For example, I’ve noticed notable researchers in the field happily declaring publicly that they stopped collecting data when they saw that they had a strong effect (optional stopping = a questionable research practice). There is also a heavy issue with sample size. I would have loved to see a well-designed, open and replicable project with enough power in this field.
